Terms and Conditions
* 50% of the total payment must be payed upfront. The remaining 50% upon completion of the project.
* Estimated time until completion will vary due to many outside factors, however projects should otherwise take no longer than 1 to 3 weeks, unaffected by the house size.
* If the design & theme requested require items that exceed the furnishings set fee, the price may be increased.
* If mogstation items are requested or required for a project, these will need to be provided by the client personally. If not, the price will be increased accordingly.
* Exterior fees do not account for the building itself or the exterior fixtures. Only the design and cost of outdoor furnishings. In the case the client wishes for these to also be provided, the price will be increased to account for it.
* All of the above terms and conditions will be calculated and discussed with the client before beginning the project.
